A compact 200 watt power amp designed with modeller and pedalboard users in mind. Incorporating our Valve React Circuit and using an EF91 valve to add authentic warmth, tone and feel to any signal, we believe we have bridged the gap between digital and valve technology.

Countless guitarists around the world are using the Neural DSP Quad Cortex and other top-tier modellers as their main source of tone. And we totally get it. They’re portable, powerful and packed with great sounds. But even with all that digital wizardry, two crucial ingredients are still hard to replicate: the feel of a real valve amp and the way it interacts with a proper guitar cab. That’s where the Victory PowerValve 200 steps in…

A bridge between digital & analogue worlds
The PV200 is a compact 200-watt power amp designed to bring your digital rig to life. Thanks to Victory’s Valve React Circuit (VRC), it adds the unmistakable warmth, punch and harmonic complexity that’s made Victory (and many other) valve amps so well-loved. So, if you’re running a modeller, preamp or pedalboard setup, this is the missing piece that lets you drive a real guitar cabinet with genuine valve character.

Victory’s Chief Designer, Martin Kidd, puts it perfectly: “Players told us they still wanted to feel the weight of a guitar speaker cabinet moving air on stage — something that doesn’t quite happen with FRFR cabs. The subtle harmonic content generated by a valve stage creates slight asymmetry in the waveform, and that’s where the feel comes from.”

It’s a doddle to set up
Hooking the Victory PowerValve 200 into your rig couldn’t be simpler. Just take the output from your modeller, preamp or pedalboard via a 1/4" jack cable, plug it into the PV200’s balanced input, set your input level and EQ, flick on the valve signal path, then run it into any guitar cab.

There’s also a dedicated 3.5mm headphone output and an analogue cab sim via XLR, ideal for recording or connecting straight to a desk live. The cab sim can be switched on or off from the front panel, plus the headphone/cab sim level can be adjusted independently of the main output via the headphone level control.

Compact & versatile design: The PV200 is built to slot straight into any modern rig. At just 130mm x 300mm x 295 mm and 2.4 kg, it’s pedalboard-friendly and the zinc-plated steel chassis means it’s tough enough for touring. Up front, you get a simple control layout with a 3-band EQ (Resonance, Body, Presence) for shaping your sound. When EQ settings are at the halfway position, they’re essentially bypassed.
Valve React Circuit (VRC): Hit the VRC switch and you’ll activate an EF91 (CV4014) valve — the secret sauce that instantly adds a richer, more driven, touch sensitive feel to your tone. Prefer a clean, totally transparent response? You can bypass the valve stage and run a pure, linear transistor signal path with zero colouration.
Balanced output: Victory have thought of everything. The PowerValve 200 includes a balanced input, so your modeller’s balanced output won’t go unused. Pair that with the input level control and handy LED indicator, and you’ve got complete control over whatever signal you’re feeding into it.
Speaker, headphone & cab sim outputs: The main speaker output caters for 4O (200w), 8O (100w) and 16O (50w). There’s also a 3.5mm headphone out for silent practice, plus an analogue XLR cab sim perfect for recording or running straight to front-of-house. The cab sim can be switched on/off from the front panel, and the headphone/cab sim level can be adjusted independently of the main output with the headphone level control.
