Based on the Vintage Series LS140, this is the simplest model in the Tokai LS series.

First of all, the pickups. The PAF-Vintage MK2S pickups are usually used, but this model is equipped with the Japanese-made PAF-Vintage MK2s.

These pickups are used in the higher-end Premium Series, and while they have a similar basic tone character, they produce a clearer and more raw nuance.

The paint job is also noteworthy, with an all-lacquer finish that uses lacquer for the entire surface.

Tokai Gakki calls it "Classic Finish," and it is applied as thinly as possible while preserving the unevenness of the wood.

Because of the high cost of this coating, we are currently suspending orders. It is not a specification that is available whenever you want it.

Like G Corp.'s VOS, the gloss has been removed to a certain degree, giving it the appearance of an individual that has been carefully handled and stored for a long time.

The lettering on the top of the head is usually "Love Rock," but on this model it is "Reborn OLD," which is a point that Tokai enthusiasts will grin at.

The aged parts used on this model are well matched with each other, and it has an outstanding atmosphere!
